Hogan Assessments
Drs. Joyce and Robert Hogan have shown that personality predicts workplace performance by helping businesses dramatically reduce turnover and increase productivity by hiring the right people, developing key talent, and evaluating leadership potential.
Hogan Personality Inventory- The HPI describes normal, or bright-side personality – qualities that describe how we relate to others when we are at our best. Whether your goal is to find the right hire or develop stronger leaders, assessing normal personality gives you valuable insight into how people work, how they lead, and how successful they will be.
Hogan Development Survey- The HDS describes the dark side of personality – qualities that emerge in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, and derail peoples’ chances of success. By assessing dark-side personality, you can recognize and mitigate performance risks before they become a problem.
Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory- The MVPI describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. By assessing values, you can understand what motivates associates to succeed, and in what type of position, job, and environment they will be the most productive.
Avennture is certified to administer Hogan Assessments for associate development purposes as part of an Individual Coaching, Team Development or Organizational Consulting Services engagement.

Energy Leadership Index Assessment
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future. And, it’s only available through an iPEC Certified Coach.
The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, Clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and “transform who they are.”
There are no limits as to the potential growth that you can achieve. Once you realize that your level of consciousness is directly related to your actions, you can move from functioning effectively to functioning optimally.
