Sandy Schneider is the Founder and Principal of Avennture. She is a Leadership Coach and Consultant with 20 years corporate experience working with leaders at various organizational levels in numerous industries. She is comfortable working with both small and large organizations and identifies her best clients as those who have a desire to continue to learn, grow and evolve.

Sandy is a sought-after partner based on her ability to build trusting relationships with her clients. Her clients’ goals are her goals and she’ll walk beside them to achieve their definition of success. Sandy’s spirit of fun permeates throughout how she does business.

She is passionate about supporting the development of female leaders, as a tribe of successful women has supported her in her journey. Sandy prides herself in doing the same for other talented women.

She loves to travel and has visited amazing places like Japan, French Polynesia, Indonesia and Australia. The perspective and experience she gains from each of her travels enhances her coaching style.

Along with two of her friends, Sandy co-hosted the Lead.Travel.Pray podcast with episodes covering business and leadership topics, travel tips, faith and spirituality.
